At the time I was there an amazing team that really rallied together to product great work. Learnt alot and amazing teams to facilitate ideas - editors/graders on hand / retouchers etc. Great brand name. Sample sales. Terrible progression - once your in at a certain level its really hard to progess unless you manage to have. a good relationship with the top tier management. Alot of overtime.
