Co-Workers become like family. You learn a lot from the aviation industry.

The pay is way behind from other industries. Flying benefit are nice when seats are available but majority of the time the flights will be full or other standbys make the flight full. Flight benefits are not free, you pay a tax airport but also the benefit is tax on your income since is consider as monetary. The only position which are fairly compensated is at the executive level, All the other positions salaries, are around 35% lower than the average.

Learn some respect for the people that make your company successful. Pay them. Make it a pleasure to come to work for you, like it used to be. It's crazy to me the way you treat them while lining your own pockets. If the public knew 1/10th of how you really are with your employees, they would never choose to fly AA again. I was so proud to put in the hard work to represent and it's just such a disappointment.
