Each team and role has a different interpretation of Work Hard Play Hard.
In my role as an advocate we are on the phones and there are very few days there is any breathing room in between calls. But this experience has taught me to be more empathetic towards strangers and their struggles, while being more thankful for the opportunities and struggles I am not currently experiencing.
