-Scheduled hours are reasonable when you can get them

-My experience at the my location was one of a uncomfortable hostile environment that was fostered not only by more senior co-workers but management as well. They will allow you to be talked about inappropriately while simultaneously holding you up as the person everyone should avoid being. If you aren't part of the clique you can be sure you're being talked about.
-Your hours and thus your paycheck will be dictated on your ability to meet sales goals as an individual.
-This is far more a sales job than any other retail job if you're coming from that world.
-Dealing with customers who think you're just a pawnshop.

Decent benefits, lots of great conversation with customers, great deals with games and collectibles, and most of the employees are great.

Horrible on boarding procedures, active Training is non existent, everything is on the computer. Who actually has the time to fully pay attention to those modules? On my first day, My district manager told me to trust no one at my store, that he wanted to clear house. No pressure, right?
One employee that has caused issues with both customers and management is still there. Yet, they fire a 65 year old lady who was wonderful, but fell for a phone scam ONE time.

Get rid of the SL2 program, its very unfair to the ASLs who act as SL but dont get paid SL money.
