Stop posting a positive review every time you get a negative one here. People are miserable and quitting or got laid off and you need to clean it up under omnicom. Don’t negate others experiences by sharing dishonest reviews about pay and culture. A culture of “transparency” is a mask for talking behind others backs, undermining people’s intelligence and pushing others down to get to the top.
Stop promoting people already at the top. People don’t want waffle Wednesdays they want to be treated respectfully and be paid well

The benefits at Flywheel are pretty good, unlimited PTO, great health benefits, mental health days etc.
You also get to work with a variety of different clients, which is awesome.

Flywheel is known for consistently lacking diversity in their senior leadership and other areas across the organization. This has been brought up countless times.
Flywheel is also very disorganized, and doesn’t always pay “market value”. Make sure you advocate for yourself and your salary.
