Upper management has difficulty communicating changes within the company. Favoritism and sexism has plaged the company for years. There is an overall lack of concern for employees. No flexibility. Don't count on a permanent work from home, since the company will change their minds on a whim. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place as a good place to work and look forward to finding new employment.
