If you speak Spanish and don't have much anxiety this job's for you. There's lots of daily pressure and honestly if I couldve just done the paperwork, order food, and have a perfect schedule I would have stayed. Call offs from your staff is what really what brought me down. District managers are hit and miss and I was lucky with a really supportive one. But even with all the support, there's a lot to deal with.
