Made a lot of great relationships with some coworkers "in the trenches". Direct management wants to try to help make changes

Management full of people who talk but no one does anything. Too many people at all levels who are good at selling themselves but terrible at doing their own jobs. For a small company, takes forever to make a decision. Management wants big pharma timeliness and impact for startup-level spend and staffing.

Hire new people in role with a trial period to feel them out. We have had too many on board and seem ok until honeymoon period is over and we realize they have no idea what they are doing or oversold their skills in particular areas. Hold people accountable for quality of work Support your employees. Already doing more with less, essentially being asked to do more with nothing.
