GM is a good leader and a great person. Learned a lot, friendly environment, good and flexible hours. Work was busy but not hard. Not enough hours to go around, despite short staffing. Call outs were common. Employees get called in for extra shifts rather than scheduled shifts, which makes it difficult to plan life. Some process and compliance issues, probably due to inadequate support and too much time pressure. Improved sales training on upselling and leveraging coupons.
