They also promote from within all of the time and people that have started at the bottom have put effort in and been promoted! If you work hard and put the effort in, you will be surprised at how much it can pay off. Managers and upper management are constantly on your neck about numbers. No matter how great you’re doing they’re always looking for you to do more which isn’t bad but it’s the unrealistic expectations that are thrown at your face after you’ve just had a great month that’ll send you over the edge. Constantly dealing with people who are outside of your market and don’t understand how Sales works in the region. Blatant racism. I have found that David Hult cares about people and cares about doing the right thing at all costs. I am proud to work for this organization. I feel that David cares about carrying on the legacy of Larry H Miller. If doing the right thing for our guests and employees somehow benefits shareholders, I'm in. 21 of those shareholders work at my location, as the team members are rewarded with stocks. Change can be tough no matter what it is. This has been an adjustment period for long term LHM people. We have a lot more accountability than was there before Asbury purchased LHM. This isn't a problem as long as team members know there is a path to earn trust, which I feel is there. My dealership celebrates the "high five moments" when we do an exceptional job for our guests.
