The work life balance is an illusion. Management says they want everyone to have a work life balance, but you will be judged if you take time off, or can't take a call after work hours. Communication is poor and nepotism runs rampant. Massive egos within marketing management.

Toxic environment and very limited opportunity for growth

Solid pay compared to other non skilled jobs in the area. 50% match on 401k. Health care plans that aren't terrible. That's literally about it
|
Toxic work environment, most people are immature and competitive for no reason even though it's a union shop and everything is based off of seniority. This is okay for job security (the work is easy anyway though) but you're literally just a number. Random overtime, you usually don't know what time you're getting off. There's more cons as well, just don't have the time right now to type them all.
