New management has taken over and things seem to be settling down. Employees continue to pitch in even during this unsettled time of bankruptcy and class action law suits.

The nervous atmosphere that was left behind after KD and AR almost destroyed the company lingers.
Layoffs continue. Layoffs were done within 48 hours of bonuses being distracted and employees who were no longer employed didn't get the bonus the had work hard for all year.

Employee discount is great. The corporate benefits are good, and there is a relatively low turnover rate. Office culture is fun and open concept.

The company is a boys club and is based on favouritism. People who do not deserve promotions seem get them without positions being posted or interviewed for.
Salary is terrible.
