The colleagues and team members are the kindest and most supportive

Snap stops caring about its employee in the recent years. They take away more and more benefits, make redundancies often, and enforce on the return to office mandate without considering people’s individual circumstances and not giving any room for discussion. There’s no career progression or salary raise either. If the job market were in a better position, it would be easier to leave this sinking ship.
