If you demonstrate competency and are humble about it, you will be seen as a threat and not as a resource and kept at arm length and not let in.
Organization is open to change but lacks follow through when plans are developed actions are implemented at first then loose traction.
Organization focus on D and I which is good. However, if you do not fit in one of those groups, you are not as well received.

Lots of politics, told that you’re doing a good job but you get nothing out of it. Upper management is extremely out of touch. Layoffs were taking place after record profits.
