The management doesn't treat people fairly. Last year the bonus was just insulting and they pretend nothing happened and shamelessly asked for more workload. There was one team member quitted few weeks ago and yet no announcement was made. Yes, he just disappeared and no one said anything about it. All the managers are abnormally obsessed with micromanaging people and presenting their meaningless works to MD and clients.
The degree of politics and micromanagement is insane. People literally steal each others project and ideas and nothing was done to stop this madness.
Incompetent managers who is busy with meetings all day long yet produce nothing. After 1 hr long meeting, the conclusion was always "let's discuss this another day" and then nothing will happen.
Code was 20+ years old. Tons of tech debt but new features was constantly added on top of these vulnerable code. I feel bad for the clients who uses our service. Prod issue is almost a daily event but the managers are too obsessed with AI to fix the real problem.
