Old tech company run by investors trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip. Benefits are continuously taken away even as execs pay increases. Since they've started paying Glassdoor their employee review rating has shot up but an honest rating is *NOT* above a 2.0.

Implement a separate sick time bucket. This would help when people get sick and come in because they don't want to use their PTO that they're saving for something.
Bring back the mentorship program! It's nice being able to go to anyone for help or advise but it was really awesome having that one person, mentor, to guide and push you. This really helps employees to purse skills that will become valuable to the company and become confident in themselves. Cultivate a good relationship with those who are putting in the work to make themselves better and more valuable to the company. It's not all about tuition reimbursement, even though, that is a great perk!
Push for people to use those training dollars. Get employees excited to grow their skills. Allow those with the want to use the training dollars of those without want.
Create career opportunity advancement for those who want it. Help them create a clear path to get to where they want to go. Sometimes it feels like no matter how much you do to gain skill and grow professionally, there's no opportunity for advancement or interest in the company utilizing those skills.

I've worked at a lot of companies and I can honestly say I've never been as happy as I am working for Globalscape. They strive to maintain a great culture here. Health insurance is provided at no cost (or a low amount if you add your family). They provide healthy snacks and drinks to get you through the work day. Even the 'C' level executives are open to talk to anyone and make it a point to talk to the employees. I love working here and can't wait to see where my career takes me inside the company.

I know this sounds unrealistic but I can't really think of cons that I can't address directly with management here that they would work on improving. As I mentioned in my "Pros" section, I've worked for a lot of companies and I guess the difference between working at those places and working here is so different that it's hard to find cons. I mean.. they give us breakfast tacos every week.. I don't have much to complain about.
