No promotions, No career growth, Do not accept offers , you'll be at the same level for 20 years and will stagnate.
Old systems and customers need to login to 10 systems which are slow to get their work done.
Why does someone sitting in Germany need to boss over the US folks?
Lot of star performers left in Dec, Jan , Feb and nothing was done to retain them, management wanted to save that money.
Invest in people , technology and learn from the competitors.
Lowest pay for ALL positions across the board.
People still working here are either on VISA or close to retirement and the rest have no knowledge or Talent to find a job outside this company.

Give market appraisals / cash and stock bonus to all employees and make them a part of the success. (atleast 10-20k Per Annum which OTHER COMPANIES DO!)
Give promotions to people working hard , performing and delivering results.
