The only pros were the food trucks right outside the sweat factory we worked in and the free drinks always available.

Mandatory overtime and co-workers abusing medical "reasons" to be on light duty, thus forcing other individuals to do the harder labor for the entire shift. But hey, at least it is SpaceX right?
