The Scrum Master supports delivery teams to achieve valuable outcomes for customers.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></p><p>You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA&#39;s Values and People Capabilities.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Act as the Leader of a team</p></li><li><p>Help team/s deliver at a sustainable pace</p></li><li><p>Coach team/s in Agile ways of working</p></li><li><p>Assist teams in identifying risks and issues. Ultimately, you will contribute to the delivery of network capability to enable and support the Bankwest Global Technology Strategy. As a senior network engineer, your daily activities may include;</p><ul><li>Operation and optimisation of Network Devices (routers and switches, F5s, wireless infrastructure, cloud technologies, authentication technologies, certificates, encryption, etc.)</li><li>Automation of network devices and services</li><li>Delivery of strategic and BAU and Project Network initiatives including network design and operational documentation</li><li>Consultancy and thought leadership on design, technical and best practice approaches to project strategy</li><li>Participation in an on-call roster as required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we look for</b></p><p>The ideal applicant will be customer/end user focused and enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, across all disciplines.
