Not having to leave your home. Training was fun
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If you’re stuck and need help you have to dial for someone who might not answer or you could be waiting ages. Not a lot of support. This can be stressful when you have a customer on hold losing their patience.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Competitive and fend for yourself
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sit at your desk all day. Lots of screens. Phone calls one after the other

I won’t recommend working at IAG at all. There’s no support from team leaders and you have no one to help you. You’re be overworked and it’s can be very stressful. Kpi is very strict, if you take and that’s all they care about.

Great team culture with lots of opportunity

Overall, the work culture at IAG is really good (better than most places) and everyone makes you feel welcomed. There is also a lot of opportunity to move into different areas both vertically and horizontally if you put yourself to the task.
