Empresa muy jerárquica con cargos medios y altos muy mediocres. Se dan situaciones de favoritismo y abuso de poder, pero nadie hace nada, no creces profesionalmente y la gente está más preocupada de no perder sus privilegios que de trabajar de forma competente o de crear un buen ambiente laboral.
