The Greenhouse IPM Manager is responsible for creating, applying, and managing all IPM procedures in compliance with both State and Federal regulations for the Greenhouse Division of Trulieve. This include minimizing the effect of pests and disease through responsible sanitation practices, systematic scouting, an organized application program, and the use of beneficial insects. He/she will be accountable for his/her team’s productivity while maintaining a safe working environment that is in compliance with Worker Protection Standards.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entirety of the Greenhouse Integrated Pest Management Program.
Oversees all documentation of IPM. Including scouting reports, application history, seasonal pests and disease occurrences, etc...
Ensures that all biologicals are applied at effective levels within the recommended rates provided by manufacturer.
Decrease yield loss caused by pest and disease.
R&D of newly approved products.
Maintain strict guidelines application timings according to the stage of the plant.
Maintain SDS/MSDS booklet of all products used by the IPM team.
Enforce WPS standards. Including the use of PPE.
Responsible for correctly and safely storing all products according to their label.
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the department. Including the quality and efficiency of applications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Help identify and react to all incidents.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program for all IPM equipment.
Maintain updated inventory for all products on hand and order all needed supplies for the (IPM) team.

Requirements:
Science based bachelors preferred.
Must have extensive knowledge of plant pathology, entomology, and physiology.
Must have current Florida applicators license.

Description
The HVAC/Electrical Technician is responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air dryers, and packaged units. The Technician is also required to have a knowledge of electrical, electrical control systems, and distribution systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze, Plan, and Perform Preventive Maintenance of HVAC and Electrical Systems
Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statues
Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations
Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC and Electrical Equipment
Manage the relationship with all major vendor accounts
Must have experience with three-phase and single-phase voltage systems and equipment and have the experience and ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of electrical issues.
Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to run copper piping, conduit and PVC
Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to wire routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unit of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understands and has mastered the refrigeration cycles to include: identifying components in advanced refrigeration circuits, understanding how each component works, diagnosing and correcting problems in the refrigeration circuit, using manifold gauge set, pressure/temperature chart and temperature measuring devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot.
Understands refrigeration recovery, evacuation, and charging understands the installation and sizing of refrigerant piping. · Understands and has mastered the heating cycle to include: identifying components in a heating system, understanding how each component works, diagnosing problems in the heating system using a gas pressure test and other devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot and repair.
Understands and has mastered electron theory, how electricity travels, AC and DC currents, single phase, and three phase circuits, and series and parallel circuits. Ability to read wiring advanced wiring diagrams. Knowledge of Ohms Law. Ability to use multi-meters to read voltage, current and resistance values. Must be able to troubleshoot advanced electrical circuits.
Understands and has mastered the fundamentals of temperature and humidity measurement and control in air conditioning units. Understands the process of treating air so as to simultaneously control its temperature, humidity, cleanliness and distribution. Ability to use a psychometric chart to determine the results of mixing air having various properties.
Understands and has mastered all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates in conjunction with the other components and how that impacts the overall operations of the system as a whole. These systems include but are not limited to air cooled, water cooled, hot water systems, chilled water systems, VAV systems, steam heating systems and building automation control systems.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Advanced heat load/loss calculations

This position is assigned to the testing laboratory within the Trulieve processing facility. Responsibilities of the position include the analysis of specimens by various analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC-FID, GC-MS and LC-MS-MS); interpretation, review and reporting of results in a timely manner; assistance in review and updating standard operating procedures, shift staff supervision, participating in safe laboratory practices and maintaining laboratory instrumentation.
Title: Analytical Chemistry Technician, Lead
55% performs test sample extractions or dilutions and executes instrumental analysis using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC) equipped with various detectors according to established standard operating procedures. Tunes, calibrates, evaluates analytical instrumentation daily before use and incorporates quality control (QC) tests within batches of test samples. Reviews and prepares accurate sample results describing results as found.
10% performs supervisory responsibilities for the first shift, including time checks, daily performance reviews, shift work assignments and resolving technical issues and questions.
05% maintains an accurate list of test specimens received into the laboratory. Reviews each specimen for proper number and tracking throughout testing. All errors or discrepancies must be identified before sample testing begins.
15% reviews, maintains and assists in updating the laboratory’s standard operating procedures (SOP). Collects, records or tabulates pertinent QC, daily test mix or other similar data and reviews findings with supervisor at least monthly or as events dictate. Participates in the evaluation of new or improved methodology and training of new subordinates.
10% actively participates in the care and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment according to both the manufacturers recommendations and standard operating procedures. Assists laboratory in the routine inventory and ordering of consumable supplies so that at no time is laboratory out of stock of routine items. Assists laboratory director in the recommendation, evaluation and order of new laboratory instrumentation or equipment.
5% practices and actively participates in laboratory safety and performs other work-related duties as required.
Normal Work Schedule - The normal work schedule is 7:00am-3:30pm, 5 days per week, Sunday through Saturday. Work will normally be conducted according this schedule, however, there may on occasion be periods of work in excess of 40 hours per week
Education:
The preferred minimum qualifications for the position include a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
Appropriate college course or work experience work may substitute at an equivalent rate for the preferred qualifications.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience using HPLC, GC, GC-MS and prior experience testing cannabis products in the work place.

The business is a "blue-collar" manufacturing based operations-oriented work place and the ideal candidate will have experience working in a like or similar environment.
In this role, the Cultivation Warehouse Technician will:
Track inventory and report any shortages.
Process orders based on the buyer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally.
Coordinate deliveries to customers and clients on a daily basis, including boxing goods, addressing packages, and staying in contact with shipping companies.
Maintain the company stockroom by cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage on a regular basis.
Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received, preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisor.
Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by boxing and lifting items as necessary and operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large items.
Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure that there is enough storage space for incoming items and personnel on hand to manage incoming shipments.
Perform customer service duties as necessary, maintaining good relationships with shipping companies and clients who are receiving goods.
Job Requirements:
Thorough understanding of state and local medical marijuana laws and how they apply to the operations. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Effective time management and ability to multi-task successfully
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Must have a deep understanding of mechanics and functions to maintain a climate control system
Additional Requirements:
Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Must have availability for weekend shift(s) and on-call.
High School Education or GED graduate.
Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, carrying, sitting, and repetitive motions.
Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds, manage stairs, and perform typical activities associates with the handling facility equipment.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.

Scope:
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the oversight of between 4 to 8 employees depending on your department. The daily responsibilities of a team lead include the following:
Essential Functions:
Ensure that all employees are aware and adhere to the company’s Uniform and Attendance policies.
Ensure that all employees receive proper training for the task at hand and the tasks are being completed according to the SOP’s. Any questions that the employees have regarding task should be directed to you.
Preform daily team meeting with your group to go over the tasks for the day.
Ensure that the work area is kept clean on a daily basis
Complete daily Employee Assessment logs on SharePoint.
Complete daily Room Logs (if applicable) on SharePoint.
Ensure that all IPM logs, PPM & PH logs, and Calendars in the grow rooms are being filled out on a daily basis and in the proper format.
Make sure tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated as needed.
Keep track of supply inventory. Make sure to fill out an order form every week.
Make sure you are reporting to Management on a regular basis with updates, problems, or comments. Always respond to Manager’s emails unless specified otherwise.
Skills:
Possesses a strong understanding of plant nutrients and their deficiencies.
Has experience growing cannabis in different environments and with various techniques.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Strong computer skills.
Strong understanding of common grow room equipment including electrical systems, lights and light bulbs, timers, irrigation systems, air conditioners and dehumidifiers, and plumbing.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. (Per state law)
Must have a valid Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
Must Successfully Complete a comprehensive background check.
Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, carrying, sitting, and repetitive motions. Must be able to handle organic plant material daily.
Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds, manage stairs, and perform typical cleaning of facilities and equipment.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40-45 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
