sur les 4 établissements du groupe ou j'ai pu travaillé, seul 1 était une filliale, avec du coup 13 mois et intéressement. les 3 autres étant des franchises, vous ne beneficiez pas toujours d'avantages. vous pouvez meme perdre votre ancienneté entre 2 contrats
