Taking on responsibilities of all the roles aside from sous chef. I was unappreciated, disrepected, and solely to blame for any issues that arose. No work life balance as I worked 60 to 65 hours a week. Other positions within the company paid equally or better for less work done and proper work life balance. All in all, I should've applied for a job I didn't specialize in here.
