Ambiente del departamento aunque cambia mucho de uno a otro

Departamento de RH muy deficiente. Salarios muy bajos. Prometen promociones que nunca llegan. Top employer pero no se lo merece, en base a que criterio?
Estructura muy vertical. Demasiado mandos intermedios que no valen para nada.
Poca flexibilidad y confianza en los empleados.
Se nota mucha diferencia de cultura entre España y los otros países de ALD donde las condiciones ofrecidas son mucho mejor.
