People are usually nice and work-life balance is not bad. The company has good benefits (besides the salary) as well. First con for sure would be the salaries. It is way below market and the evaluation process is a total joke. They give a standard evaluation to every employee (my boss once told me it's impossible to rate higher than the average, even though in his own words I was a top performer). It is really a struggle to keep up with the work with the never-ending turnonver. We were always training interns and young analysts, because people were always leaving for better salaries.
