Can’t feel secured to work in this environment. If you have favoured manager you can climb up on the ladder. Otherwise you will be cornered out. If you will make noise they will withdraw their support and you will be by your own so that you yourself with resign. All this true happened with me and many other employees in my employment tenure. Technology in the platform is good but customers aren't adopting to it very well. Some of their sales messaging claims isn't true, or quite a stretch. FAA Digital Certification? They don't have an answer.
