What will your role be?
The Industry Process Consultant's mission is to develop, maintain, and share technical knowledge of products, technologies, and industry workflows and leverage technical expertise to explain, demonstrate and prove the value of our solutions to customers. The individual will secure, expand and grow our SIMULIA footprint, influence each actor to combine technologies and look into future capabilities. The position is for a structural mechanics specialist who primarily focuses on providing solutions to customers. Learning and applying new product features, technologies, and industry workflows on a continuous basis is a must for the specialist. Excellent communication skills are critical for sharing knowledge with others who may have varying levels of technical understanding.

Recommending simulation best practices

Providing enablement support to 3DS Partners
Developing strong leadership to influence Customer Transformation Strategy
Understanding customer needs
Making sure to deliver on time with a high level of quality to drive customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of expertise through self-development, training and 3DS certification
Contributing brand expertise to service engagements
Contributing to the growth of the existing customer footprint through good support, training and mentoring
Articulating the value we deliver and understand how the products fulfill the business needs

What will your job be?
You will be part of 3DEXPERIENCE Development Team / Implementation, working on ENOVIA Product development and Customization as per the business requirements from Customers.
Produces and/or maintains software or integration applications according to functional specifications.
Understand Customer Business Requirements, Scenarios, Use Cases, Users Experience needs.
Understand the Technical Specification Dossier as reported by Software Architect and translate them into Detailed Technical Specifications.
Evaluate costs (man/days), manage activities in order to ensure deliveries deadlines, report to Software Architect.
Understand the software system design, describe the specifications in technical terms: select the algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used. Plan the appropriate user interface. Identify and manage dependencies with other components. Document these selections in the Detailed Technical Specifications.
Develop code functions and Unitary Tests in respect of quality rules defined by the Software Architect.
Write Operation Guide explaining deployment of the Software components.
Analyze and correct reported issues and/or execute software changes required by the customer aligned with R&D strategies.
Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.
Experience in technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Strong knowledge of 3DS products and technologies

The mission
The primary mission of the SIMULIA Sales Expert is to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of his territory (list of accounts, list of Brand offers). She/He performs end-to-end customer engagements (indirect and direct channel) from OPEN lead to CLOSE, compliant with the DS Sales process referential and deliver revenue plan.
Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting SIMULIA to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation for which he will be accountable to engage on value (Through DS Framework).
What will be your role be?
Sell assigned SIMULIA offers within a defined territory
Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally.
Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards.
Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis
Effectively communicate the SIMULIA solution value and technology; via presentation, demonstrations and technical proof of concepts.
Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities
Orchestrate 3DS answer to Request For Proposal (RFP)
Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
Promote the 3DS vision and SIMULIA Brand Promise
Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
Use and fulfill DS CRM according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
Provide an accurate forecast on 5 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
Act as a “Champion” within the SIMULIA Brand communities.

What will your role be?
After an initial training-on-the-job to learn the Simulia tools for Multibody (Simpack), in your daily work you will experience the complete process, from the model build to the case setup, simulation execution, and results analysis.
The internship is going to focus on innovative applications for the key industries we serve. You will reach proficient usage of at least one of the Simulia codes and you will have the chance to understand the underlying physics.
Your creativity and critical sense will be required to propose simulation solutions to engineering challenges. The internship will typically include work on:
Validation and deployment of new methodologies on real customer cases
Development and implementation of more streamlined and automated simulation processes
Delivery of simulation value to customers through the execution of Proof-of-Concepts and Services
