In this position you will support the process design, implementation and continuous improvement analysis.  This would be an exciting opportunity if you are a customer oriented, structured and diligent professional with a positive can-do attitude and keen eye for details, to join an international community.   You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):  Manage and process applications for social security certificates of coverage for global business travelers Liaise with social security authorities worldwide Be the single point of contact for employee requests and queries regarding certificate of coverages  Stay up to date on social security legislation, changes and developments Follow up, tracking and renewal of applications and certificates     YOUR PROFILE:   1. Must Have Studies in a relevant field, with experience in a related field being considered an advantage A few years working experience within an international environment and experience of dealing with governmental bodies Fluency in English, both written and spoken Previous work experience with MS Office is a requirement and SAP Concur   2. In this position you will lead the design of Global Services Learning Experience platform and digital badging and be responsible for the development of processes and procedures to obtain and maintain training accreditations, while being part of a passionate and multi-cultural community.   You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list): Present and drive recommendations and development of Learning Management System and Learner experience platforms Will drive the development and management of a digital badging program Leads the digital orchestration of our Learning Management experience platforms for internal and external learners Develop and analyze training course evaluations and provide lessons learned and recommendations for continuous improvement Leads the development of processes and procedures in compliance with the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 standard for Continuing Education and Training and the periodic review of the organizational compliance     YOUR PROFILE:   1. Must Have Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills 8+ years of related professional experience as training coordinator Experience with gamification and digital badging Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including PowerBI Advanced experience with SharePoint design, LMS, and API development and integration Experience managing a learning management system Experience working on training programs delivered globally Fluency in English, both spoken and written   2. Nice to Have Degree or equivalent industry experience in Education or Satellite Communications Understanding of API integrations into learning platforms Strong ability in resource coordination and priority setting Unders
