ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Coordinator, Business Travel Support is reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Employee Services & Payroll EMEAA serves as main administrator of global applications for social security certificates of coverage for business travelers. In this position you will support the process design, implementation and continuous improvement analysis.

Manage and process applications for social security certificates of coverage for global business travelers
Liaise with social security authorities worldwide

Follow up, tracking and renewal of applications and certificates

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Enablement Specialist plays a lead role in defining how SES Global Services delivers training to internal and external learners. In this position you will lead the design of Global Services Learning Experience platform and digital badging and be responsible for the development of processes and procedures to obtain and maintain training accreditations, while being part of a passionate and multi-cultural community.

YOUR PROFILE:

Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
8+ years of related professional experience as training coordinator
Experience with gamification and digital badging
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including PowerBI
Advanced experience with SharePoint design, LMS, and API development and integration
Experience managing a learning management system
Experience working on training programs delivered globally
Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Role Description Summary
SES is looking for a new member to join the Vendor Management & Procurement team (VMP) in the position of Administrator, Procurement Support to be fully dedicated to user support for purchase request/purchase order (PR/PO) creation, service acceptance by interacting with users via SES ticketing system and in close coordination with the VMP team and accounts payable, controlling, tax, warehouse and any other SES teams to ensure proper PR/PO creation, PO dispatching to vendor, goods and services delivery to SES as well as payment to the vendor.
In this role you will have responsibility over transaction-level procurement operations that requires a high level of expertise in support of the different SES senior leadership team (SLT) areas, entities and geographical locations, internally at SES also known as a super user.

Entering new or editing PR/PO via SES ERP systems (Ariba, SAP ECC or similar) following the instructions provided by requesters
Creating service entry sheet via SES ERP systems (Ariba, SAP ECC or similar), following the instructions provided by requesters
Tracking VMP and delegation of authority (DoA) PO approval and acceptance by the vendor, timely service entry sheet/goods receipt approvals, acting as a control tower of managing efficient procurement flows of assigned area (s)
Taking up urgent requests and PO approval (VMP release and DoA approval) follow-up in cases which are business critical and when authorized by line manager
Follow-up with vendors on clarification of PO conditions, payment, delivery, etc. if needed, in collaboration with procurement managers or requesters and budget holders

Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Secretary or Management Assistance or Foreign Languages Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative functions

CONTEXT
Join SES and become part of the Order to Cash global department, specifically in the billing team. This exciting opportunity is based in Bucharest, Romania and you will have the chance to contribute to the process of customer invoicing, contractual and data maintenance and customer care while learning SAP tool. Check billing relevant information on the billing tools (D365 and Satbill)

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
SES Bucharest is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join the agile and foxy Procurement team, supporting and guiding the stakeholders and budget holders on the Procurement policies and tools as to assure the compliance.
In this position you should review and validate the execution of procurement strategies and projects on-time, on-spec, on-budget and in compliance with SES policies, while working with local, regional or global budget holders to facilitate sourcing of small value projects (e.g. up to 50k € / $ per project).

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Vendor Management and Procurement (VMP) department and help shape the future of Procurement processes and systems at SES, working with the VMP Processes System and Operations team (VMP OPS) internal stakeholders and vendors to define, develop, document and deploy a new suite of tools for vendor data management, purchasing and VMP reporting. Based in Bucharest, Romania, you will support and contribute to the team’s effort to bring the best possible processes, systems and reports to our internal stakeholders and vendors, prioritizing proper controls, traceability, ease of use and reliability.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Work together with the VMP OPS and Business Application teams analyzing existing systems and tools, policy and user requirements
Assist in developing solutions that satisfy those requirements
Learn, support and improve current systems and tools (SAP ECC, ARIBA, Service NOW, etc.)
Support the VMP Reporting activities (MS PowerBI based)
YOUR PROFILE
Current student in Business, Finance/Economics, Information Technology or in a relevant area
Strong interest in the global technology, media, and telecom business and satellite communications in particular
Very strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access); knowledge of MS Power BI and/or other data visualization software considered a big plus
Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset
EU-citizens or work permit for Romania

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Coordinator, Business Travel Support is reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Employee Services & Payroll EMEAA serves as main administrator of global applications for social security certificates of coverage for business travelers. In this position you will support the process design, implementation and continuous improvement analysis.
This would be an exciting opportunity if you are a customer oriented, structured and diligent professional with a positive can-do attitude and keen eye for details, to join an international community.
You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):
Manage and process applications for social security certificates of coverage for global business travelers
Liaise with social security authorities worldwide
Be the single point of contact for employee requests and queries regarding certificate of coverages
Stay up to date on social security legislation, changes and developments
Follow up, tracking and renewal of applications and certificates
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Must Have
Studies in a relevant field, with experience in a related field being considered an advantage
A few years working experience within an international environment and experience of dealing with governmental bodies
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Previous work experience with MS Office is a requirement and SAP Concur

You will be responsible for driving strategic and Transformational Critical Programmes across all segments of Global Services. Role Description Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:
Project management for the delivery of Services, plan, managing timelines, milestones and deliverables
Operate as the main point of contact to co-ordinate the allocated project throughout its lifecycle
Ensure to follow standard methodology approach to Project Management and its execution
Providing consolidated regular Project Status Reports to senior management by facilitating regular and frequent stakeholder calls
Timely escalation to management with clear roadblocks with suggested solutions
Capturing and recording all project progress, ensuring the documentation of any lessons learned, scope change and quality issues to be addressed through process frameworks
Provide support for Financial aspects of allocated Projects
Provide Global Services Implementation KPIs as appropriate
