L’entreprise essaye de faire ce qu’elle peut pour créer un bon environnement, il aura fallu le COVID pour enfin avoir une politique de télétravail digne du 21e siècle. Manque de priorisation sur l’humain interne/les équipes, trop de priorisation des clients et du revenu. Manque d’anticipation des potentiels départs et risques psycho sociaux…pas assez de prise en compte des besoins et d’écoute des salariés surtout quand ils les émettent et alertent.
