This bank is currently in its digital transformation phase so might be a good place to develop your career because you get to involved into lots of different things. Alongside, the salary range is wide so it's up to you to deal during the interview process.

There're quite a bit of office politics that you need to get used to or even better, play with if you want not only to survive but to thrive in this environment. The management is not that good. They pretend to foster an open, transparent and included environment but it's just on the surface to the point that you might feel it's faked. Work process is unnecessarily cumbersome and what I find funny is people want to think that they're important and busy, in fact most of the time they just walk around and having meetings.
Many of the internal polices are quite outdated and laughable such as they forced employees to stay at the office exactly 40-44 hours a weeks, and you can't be late for even one day per month. No sneakers, jeans, t-shirt even on Friday. And the guards walk round the office like polices twice a day to check if everyone is having good compliance on bank's policies lol.
