If you don't make target you only get a basic salary. Your rewards cards they take from you if you don't reach target. The salary is not fair. One thing their AM and BM are very nice people to work under. They also treat their staff when it comes to year end functions.

The organisation was great. There were many opportunities but there was lack of vision to mentor juniors who will take over when seniors retire. The benefits were great and mental health of employees was of importance to HR. The pay was good depending on if your manager thought you were worth it or not.

Nothing is really good about working for a vodacom franchise store. Employers exploit the employees so badly. Sometimes you will think it’s nice until it’s time for you to leave the company. Franchises are horrible because Vodacom head office can’t do nothing

You create your own. Vodacom Franchise owners are the worst.
