Colleagues in my department were great-worked well together. Bosses were good.

Long working hours to a point of exhaustion - no work-life balance. “Encouraged” to work till late and on weekends to “finish up your work”. Traditional work environment. Job rotation isn’t encouraged for full time staff which is sad (staff end up being not well rounded in banking knowledge)

Extremely heavy workload, you wont even have a few min for a short break or chat with your colleague.
Everyone is basically a robot.
Toxic culture, no work life balance.
Asking to come in early and go back late. Coming in and leaving on time is a sin.
No OT pay. Work long hours for free (slavery)
Manager likes to talk back about employee. Even made a joke about an employee being sick.
