Pésima formación y secta tecnológica

El peor onboarding de mi vida. Nula formación.
Muy buen ambiente entre compañeros pero desde arriba se inculca un sentimiento de familia muy falso y una actitud sectaria de "somos los mejores" sin datos que lo avalen.
Textualmente mi jefe me prohibía comentar aspectos de garantías y reparaciones de terminales conocidos internamente como "problemáticos"a los clientes, ya que "los teléfonos de Samsung nunca se estropean". Demencial.

La esquizofrenica contradicción entre los coreanos y los locales, la prepotencia de elementos de áreas comerciales, los vicios de gente con demasiados años dentro de la organización y todos girando alrededor de un tlatoani coreano incomprensible e impenetrable, mezcla de novatos y veteranos todos viendo por su hueso, un área de RH que sirve para repartir souvenirs y despidos pero que no ve por la gente, hermosa empresa en verdad

Do consider if you are considering:
- Extreme Micro managing culture
- Regional work doesn't empowers but yet held accountable
- Korean BM instructions are absolute. Break or take, all depends on your working relationship with them and don't try to build personal relationships with them. They are not here for it
- Hybrid work is subjected to management approval. You will be subjected to a full 9hrs in office clock in and out monitoring. Any less, system triggers to notify.
- Every meeting has to be minuted precisely
- Remember this is a B2C company. If your role is B2B business, you are in for a stifling experience.
Read up on Samsung's Perpectual Crisis culture. You will never be appreciated.

The company pays really well but enviroment is hostile. Work culture is poor and there's a huge disconnect between employees and their managers. Not a place for growth if you're young and still want to grow in your career. Routine can be unexciting and demotivating.
