Work was fast-paced and there were opportunities to step up and make improvements. I worked independently but reported to my manager so I had the freedom, to an extent, to prioritize tasks and manage my time.

Everyone was afraid of the warehouse manager and work environment was quite sterile. There was no sense to being in a team. Departmental goals also didn't align which caused issues when trying to resolve customer issues. Also, there were many issues with website orders and many angry customers

They should work on building a team and fostering a team culture to at least make people happy working under the stressful conditions. Most of us were unhappy but would never say it out loud. It was literally all work and stress, and everyone couldn't wait to get out of the at the end of the day.
