Nice place but the people and culture is so Korean
|
Great environment, clean and refreshing office to work.
Flexible working hrs.
But the company culture and fellow employees are very Korean minded and conservative. If you are okay with this then this might be a perfect company for you. Overall pretty decent and rich company but be aware of the people and culture. I couldnt fit in.

It is an old school Korean Hierarchy structured company. There's a ton of inconsistent rules and processes that most people don't even follow or understand. Onboarding is almost nonexistent.

Awesome company culture with lots of team bonding events and free products. Extremely hard to be promoted since it only happens once a year and your manager has to submit for you 6 months before hand which is difficult when people are leaving and the company structure is frequently changing.
