-WFH policy is pretty fair
-That's it.

If you've been offered a chance to work here, decline it. If you've already accepted an offer, rescind it. Don't work here.
-Layoffs every few months
-No bonuses the last two years
-Cost of living raises did not actually cover the cost of living
-No room for growth as most of the "opportunities" are given to another country's location because it's more cost effective
-Senior management team that is completely out of touch with the needs of the people working there and the customers
-Senior management constantly getting in the way of people trying to do great work
-No real benefits to working here
-No incentive to do a good job as you'll be stuck in the same position for years
