The business is under severe cost pressure and regulatory scrutiny
Limited career development opportunities available
Large number of employees have been affected recently by redundancies. Redundancies were not handled well with limited consideration of individual circumstances of employees who had contributed great service to the business. I am afraid this has meant there had been a loss of trust in the business and an erosion of the culture and values with leaders not waking the talk.
