- everyone is really young and it’s fun, definitely an eventful job sometimes
- the dgm is cool
- some managers are nice :)

I beg that you guys listen to employees about managers and be careful who you hire and stop being dismissive when floor staff tells you something about management. Recognize the favoritism at certain theaters. We just want a peaceful work environment. As a student, I don’t need a power trip from someone my own age.
