Anti social shifts, company has regressed over the past few years , safety is not a priority , only interested in profit and service delivery over the individual , the Regional Operating Centre lie and are clueless. Senior Managers so far out of touch it’s laughable and do not care about the operational workforce. There is no ongoing training and development , massive blame culture and if you are bad at your job you get looked after better than those that do the job well every day.
