Not good pay and dependent on tips. Ok first job for people starting out, but expense due to usage of automobile and fueling costs. Potential down time and not getting paid.

Good to be outside riding, easy-to use systems as well. It is pay as you work however so if you're sick or unable to get shifts you won't be paid. They could also be more understanding when you make an error and accidentally press the button for a complete order.

There are no opportunities for professional growth. Micromanaging, and an excesive amount of weekly evaluations. The payment is really low, and the management demand to take care 4 tasks at a time.

The reality is if on bike you have to manage your time, life and work effectively around trying to predict when it is busy something I can not do even with a boost which is only when it is viable to do this on bicycle. The pay when like this is twice as good as the others but can be double the effort. Support is the best and the application in general I believe.
The pros-no set shifts apart from when peak times are or they need couriers.

Very low pay per delivery, very hard to make much as they have oversaturated the area with too many drivers. No benefits. For the most part you make your own hours, can stop your shift at any time.

Ottimo lavoro per studenti/ secondo lavoro. Orario flessibile e paga coerente con il ruolo. Consiglio scooter o bici elettrica. Offrono contratto indeterminato, per farsi aumentare le h lavorative da contratto spesso bisogna aspettare diversi mesi.
