Management is "clicky" and nepotism is abundantly present. Management feels that they do and will always know best and become out of touch with the shop floor staff. Lacking the ability to recognise and prioritise work. Some employees get lied to and taken advantage of while others begin to resent their work and environment due to disorderly micromanagement.
