You get a feeling the company doesn't care about any of their colleagues and only thinks about money. Decisions from head office lack common sense and there is no scope for implementing sensible changes and processes that benefit the colleagues workload and customer experience. I still went to bed at 10 as I was lucky enough to be able to have a nap in the day. The staff are all welcoming and easy to get along with, the management isn’t great at times but they do there best to support the colleagues.
