Opportunities for the people who can put up with the constant micro management from the 90's..............
The takeover will hopefully bring some professionalism to the company but I have my doubts.
The new training plan will hopefully solve the high staff turnover issues.

Toxic Environment.
Staff turnover is very poor due to pressure to hit the kpi's
Fear of speaking up - The good reviews shown are not consistent with the current feeling within the company.
Bullying with issues being swept under the carpet.
Poor Basic Pay and Bonus Structure for the expectations on your role. Promised the world "sell more you earn more" but that is not the case.

No-one will listen as it stems from the top. This is how they want the company to be run. With the fear factor being the key driver.
It's such a shame the company has actually gone backwards in all areas in the last 18 months.

SCS is all about family. I live very local to the store if needed l can pop home when needed but they push me to earn money it’s a win win. The staff l work with is more like a family

My time at SCS has so far been very enjoyable, I have a good manager who allows me the space, time, and freedom to put my own ideas into action. I have the flexibility to work from home if needed but also have a good office to go into. My team works hard and I give them the same freedom as I have.

Peak trading periods can be busy. Some of the wider teams I have to deal with do not like change.

Some decent people within the company doing various roles.

Far too many to list.
This company was once very enjoyable. Yes there was plenty of work involved but you did equally get rewarded,
Now its all about micro-management and directors thinking they can make a difference - which they have for the worst.
If you want to join this company to be a manager and be managed then join now - but if you wan to be a leader then steer clear as possible as that will never happen.
