Great job at the start but overall got worse. If your face fits you're pushed, if not you're stuck at the bottom. Awful managers, some senior managers great but others just shocking.

Starting salary is a bit low but will build up with time. Good opportunity for new skill set training. Sales are a big part of this job . Bonus system can go from good to bad and you do not have enough control of it unless you excel in sales which is in your control

Insane targets and repetitive

Jobs very repetitive to do on a daily basis, taking same call type everyday for 10 hours a day. Gets very boring. Thereâs no advancement in this company, you canât even get your foot in the door to try something different.
The benefits are great though but at the cost of your sanity.

Used to be a good company to work for but things have changed since comecast took over

Company had gone to pot, salary is low and there always changing the bounus scheme in there favour by making it extremely hard to get.
How can you get penalised for a faulty box or a bad customer survey for a job that you didn't attend?
You speak to your manager about errors like this and nothing gets done about it. You just end up losing money
All they want you do is up sell packages constantly getting on your back about it. They dont care about the their customers and the current living cost crisis.
Good help anyone starting with the Company as the starting wages are poor you get more working as a shelf stacker
