Management does not care much about employees well being always seem to be out to get you for the smallest things. As long as you keep your head down and under the radar for the most part you should be good. Flight benefits best thing about working for American.

Loves my new life and new friends and all of the places

Started my journey nine years ago, and it was one of the most eye-opening experiences. I got to travel the world. I met some of my very best friends. I have lived all over the United States. I feel any young person do this job. However, no Reyes in five years in the union cannot agree on a contract with the company.

American is just like any other big entity…
|
Slow moving for change, but overall great company to work for. It’s really all about the people in any industry. I love being a flight attendant, in which most of my work time is independent of managers and such. I work with passengers, so every plane ride is different. American Airlines is just there to collect money, my personal growth isn’t necessarily the upmost concern. However great benefits, great healthcare, great people. Overall it’s a good company but so large you will get lost. So you manage yourself and your career goals.
