Identify the disconnect between executive management and middle management. Increase transparency in job grades to avoid potential bias and discrimination. Re-evaluate how your competition treats their employees, and make an effort to match it. Develop a more structured bonus plan. Right now, pretty much only middle management gets any sort of non-trivial raise. Keep expenses low by hiring fewer, but more talented employees. There is a lot of loss via fraud, etc that could be avoided with more attentive and better trained employees. Stop being so secretive about everything, no one in the company can tell where we are trying to go, as we are certainly not following our mission statement.
