I love everyone I work with. We all get along great. The flight benefits are great. The culture companywide is also great. Tons of opportunities between groups to job opportunities.

The manager does not want to see us succeed. They will put themselves first before the team. Condescending. Makes you feel like you can’t say anything, picks apart everything you say and do, which ultimately makes you want to say nothing. Inconsistent with the team. What is told for one employee that can’t be done or shouldn’t be done, is then allowed for another employee.

The travel benefits are great.
|
The working environment is one of the strangest I’ve ever encountered. There’s not a sense of camaraderie and departments are very cliquey within themselves. The C Suite is really out of touch with the rest of the company, despite the “open office” setup. Bad managers and directors are allowed to get away with ALOT of toxicity because the departments and employees under them work in silos and basically encouraged to keep their mouths shut.

The company in general strives to have a good culture.
|
There are a lot of problems with the leadership. Plans are always changing drastically at the last notice and it gets really messy with dates always being pushed back. Additionally, the company has “forward looks” which sees if you are happy as you are or want to grow in your role… but no discussion on your current performance or annual raise decision. I had one coworker tell me she’s been receiving raises for years and the other who told me they told her because of COVID-19 they couldn’t give her raises for the last few years. There’s no true system.
