Heading in the right direction

-Renewed focus on accountability in recent years.
-New leadership and outside hires bringing new ideas to push the company culture away from a "this is the way we have always done things" mentality.
-Better tools to help identify departments that need improvement most.
-Real focus on performance in each position within the company with expectations communicated will lead to a better performing company in the long run.
-IT and Telecom helps with company growth.

-Changing markets in the IT and ISP world will either help the company focus and grow or show problems that will need to receive attention in order to compete.
-Capital constraints hurt these types of companies. Not unique to this organization.
-Sticking to an overall company plan long enough that will give more than short term improvement to the company. This might be changing.
