Very energetic environment to work in, job is very fun, you get to help people achieve their financial goals. I learned how to trade the stock market, both stocks and options, asset protection. I learned a great deal about a consultative sales approach, it helped me by leaps and bounds in perfecting my craft, all the most important things to develop great skill in sales.
Workplace culture, most fun and positive job I've ever had....STELLAR.
The hardest part of the job was in having clients shop up for their appointments.
Hard to say, I enjoyed every facet of the job, woke up exited to go to work everyday, that's the kind of job it was.

The job is answering phone calls from traders and assisting them. Must be willing to listen and have your customer service hat on at all times. Job can be very demanding and the hardest part is when a customer (trader) does not listen. Hardest part continues to be the metrics that the corporation uses.

The company was fun and energetic, Sales environment was intense with quotas that sometimes seemed impossible, but it was manageable. The most recent Director of Sales was extremely dishonest. It was a fun place to work and will be missed.
